Park City, Kansas – October 20, 2015 – The 17th consecutive season for the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products modified division will come to a close this coming Saturday night, October 24, at 81 Speedway in Park City and once again the battle for the 2015 championship will come down to this last event.
Defending tour champion Dan Powers comes into the night with a 60 point lead over former series champion Tyler Davis. Josh Lanterman has a slim chance at taking his first ever series championship as he sits 120 points out of the point lead. Both Powers and Lanterman have two feature victories on the season and Davis has found victory lane once. Both of Powers victories have come at the last two stops at 81 Speedway while Lanterman found victory lane in the tours first ever visit to Butler County Speedway in Rising City, Nebraska and the Belleville High Banks Speedway over Memorial Day weekend. Davis’ lone victory came at the 59th annual Hutchinson Grand Nationals in Hutchinson, Kansas.
The series mod-lite division will also be in competition and will also wrap up their 2015 point season.
Adult grandstand admission is just $15 while kids get in for just $5. Gates open at 5:00 PM with race action slated for a 7:00 PM start time. This event will also close out the 2015 race season at 81 Speedway.
