Central Missouri Speedway (CMS) Ready to Resume Racing on Saturday!

(Warrensburg, Mo) After an aggravating weather cancellation last week, the staff at CMS is ready to swing the gates open for racers and fans this Saturday for an exciting night of competition with USRA Modifieds, Street Stocks, B-Mods, and Pure Stocks. Plus, the first appearance of the year of the ULMA Late Models!

The weekly payout for USRA Modified drivers is $1,000 to win/$160 to start. Street Stock payout is $400 to win/$50 to start, B-Mod drivers compete for $500 to win and $50 to start, while Pure Stock drivers race for $250 to win and $30 to start. There is no car count restrictions and all payouts are guaranteed! An anonymous fan has donated $100 to add to the ULMA winner’s share, which now makes the race worth $700 to win for Late Model drivers.

In honor of Mother’s Day, several women’s watches donated by Joslin’s Jewelry will be given away. Action begins with Pit Gates opening at 4:30, Grandstands at 5, Driver’s Pill Draw Cutoff is 6:15 (no passing points for late drivers), Pit Meeting begins at 6:30, Hot Laps at 7, and Racing begins at 7:30. Adult Admission is $12, Military w/I.D. $10, Seniors 65+ $10 and College Students w/student I.D. $10, Kids 6 to 12 years $5, children five and under free, all pit passes $30.

CMS is located 3.5-miles north of Warrensburg, MO from the junction of Highways 50 and 13 in Warrensburg just north of the new Hwy 13 by-pass round-a-bout, or from the Higginsville exit off I-70, head south on Highway 13 for twelve and half miles.
